perspective to fight your own battle or to beempathic to those around you that are struggling It looks like everything in this book was made to make it easier for you to keep getting back to it as you need it At the end of every chapter there is a summary, so you can wrap up what you ve read, and also it makes it easier to find something specific later on.Overall, great tips, that do sound obvious, but for people in the amist of anxiety, it doesn t sound that obvious So it is good to see something obvious written and them you can take action on this It has practical and well explained exercises There are lots of recommendations and resources throughout the book While the author goes into detail about each topic, she also offers youto read on, which you can check depending if that applies to you or not.Have suffered and still am from anxiety, this book is great It gives me ideas that I ve never thought before, and the author also gives here experience for each one, so you also know how it
